NÆRINGSFAGLIG VURDERING – BUSINESS ASSESSMENT
FLOW Coworking and Andreas Nilsen are certified to carry out business assessments (Næringsfaglig Vurdering) for people who wish to keep receiving unemployment benefits while setting up their own business.
If you receive unemployment benefits (dagpenger) or work assessment allowance (arbeidsavklaringspenger, AAP) and want to start your own business, you can apply to retain your benefits during the establishment period. For unemployment benefits, this arrangement is known as dagpenger under etablering, and you can apply to keep receiving these benefits for up to 12 months while establishing your business.

HOW DO I GET A NÆRINGSFAGLIG VURDERING?
Contact your NAV adviser. We recommend checking with your adviser whether you may be eligible to retain your benefits while establishing your business. If they confirm that this may be an option, proceed to the next step.
Complete the booking form below. You will receive a reply with the first available appointment for your Næringsfaglig Vurdering.
Email us your CV and any relevant documents, such as market research, business plans or budgets.
Attend the meeting. We will discuss your background and business idea together.
Receive your assessment. Following the meeting, Andreas Nilsen will complete the Næringsfaglig Vurdering form and send it to you, along with an invoice for NOK 2,400, including VAT.
Submit your documents to NAV. Complete the online form for Næringsfaglig vurdering av etableringsplaner, attach the assessment you received from us, and submit it to NAV.
FLOW Coworking is an independent third party. NAV makes the final decision on whether to approve or reject your application. A positive assessment from us does not guarantee approval from NAV. We cannot determine which benefits you are entitled to or how long you may receive them.
